Palace with Roman sarcophagus

The Palazzo della Crepadona is located halfway between the Piazza dei Martiri and the Piazza Duomo. Its courtyard is decorated with the sarcophagus of the Roman Flavius Ostilius. The magnificently decorated sarcophagus is adorned with hunting scenes and a mysterious inscription. Regular exhibitions take place on the first floor of the palace. More detailed information about current exhibitions can be found on site.
