Village inside the castle
Moniga del Garda is a rather unspectacular place with modern villas and beautiful pebble beaches. A highlight of the town and certainly worth a visit is the castle from the 13th century, perched above the town. Inside the castle a separate village developed over the years, whose houses are still inhabited today. A walk up to the beautiful medieval castle is definitely worth it.
