Museum of the great rivers – the history of the Po Delta

A short distance from the centre in a former convent is the Museum of the Great Rivers (Museo dei Grandi Fiumi). It shows life in the Polesine between the two great rivers Po and Adige. Exhibitions and images about the settlement and management of the Polesine bear witness to the daily life of the population in the area around Rovigo. On the first floor of the monastery you can find an exhibition of valuable frescoes.
