The central street in Enna
The Via Roma, the main street of Enna, leads from the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele across the old town to the Castello di Lombardia. Along the road, we recommend a brief look at the Baroque church of San Benedetto at the Piazza VI Decembre and the Palazzo Pollicarim in beautiful Gothic-Catalan style. After the Piazza Mazzini and the cathedral, the Via Roma finally ends up near the fort. A walk along the road therefore includes the main attractions of the city.
