Peninsula with beautiful beaches

San Felice del Benaco is situated on a peninsula and is surrounded by very long beaches that are great for swimming. The Baia del Vento is a particularly popular beach among holidaymakers. The quiet little village itself has little in the way of sights to offer. The parish church from the 16th century was built on the ruins of an ancient pagan temple and houses a valuable altar painting, “Madonna between St. Felix and other saints.” Also of interest is the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Camin. It was built in the 14th century and is covered top to bottom with frescoes and statues of saints. Here you will be sure to find the right saint for the right occasion.
